Entri ini adalah susulan dari entry respond seorang FTM di blog ini.
Sesungguhnya, aku tidak sabar untuk berkongsi dialog antara aku dan seorang rakan baru di Jalan Pulang.

Aku amat ingin memperkenalkan Oswald Orange, dimana aku amat tersentuh dengan dia yang amat cenderung untuk pulang ke fitrah. Dan, kawan, jalan yang telah dia lalui dan akan lalui bukanlah jalan yang mudah.

Dia memulakan post tentang beberapa hukum yang bersangkutan dengan FTM (Female to Male) di group Jalan Pulang. Buat pengetahuan kalian, aku telah meminta izin dia untuk meletakkan seluruh perbincangan kami, juga diizinkan menggunakan nama FB nya.

Jawapan-jawapan aku kepada Oswald hanyalah dengan sedikit ilmu yang aku dapat dari pembacaan dan ceramah, mungkin ada salah silap, bolehlah membetulkan aku diruang komen.

Oswald Orange:

I received email about the Islamic class on Jenazah Course / Islamic Funeral & Death Rites Course. I had been wondering about when I die, who performs on me - Muslim or Muslimah? I am post-op ( top and hysto surgeries, full surgery) FTM?

MG DA: I attended a talk about jenazah. A mtf will muslim, ftm will be muslimah.

Oswald Orange: I see. How about transgender muslin getting married?
Oswald Orange: How about performing haji and umrah?

MG DA: Married among transgender is not validate. Unless a ftm married to a guy, I mean biologicaly a guy. Oswald Orange, a sad fact all ibadah will be perform according to our biological gender.

MG DA: Unless khunsa, khunsa is a different case which they are really born with two genitals. Ands its define by sperm and womb. If tht person can hv sperm..definitely a guy. If tht person born with a womb, definitely a woman. If I not mistaken.

MG DA: But some woman born without womb. Conclusion..khunsa, the doctor will validate the person that he or she has 2 genitals..since they are born. Regarding their hormone, bone structure, sperm, worm and even chromosome. Then they will validate as khunsa and the parents will be advice to make gender surgery to their kid.

Thats what I know from syarie.

At least that what happen in malaysia.

At first I also wonder, but in that talk that I attended, the fasilitator really share his experiece handle a transwoman jenazah. So then I understand the syarie rules in ibadah about transgender.

Oswald Orange: Thanks for sharing this with me for the best understanding. Actually, I cannot dare to dream of getting married. how about performing haji?

MG DA: Oswald Orange, performing hajj..if we think rationally in your cert is male, right. And I think arab saudi will accept that. But whether the ibadah valid or not, i am afraid its only valid if a ftm perform as muslimah.

Oswald Orange: My current IC gender is legally male. But not my birth certificate.

MG DA: Arab saudi will accept IC. But as I said..
Oswald Orange: I am willing to accept these facts. I don't wish to lose my iman again. 

MG DA: It same as all ibadah, Oswald Orange. For islam syarie its according the gender that we born, unless khunsa.

MG DA: Oswald Orange, I love you buddy!. And I know its not easy.

Oswald Orange: It is obviously not easy. We return back to Allah as we came here from Him. I already talked to my partner about this issue.

MG DA: That's why I love you Oswald Orange. Love because of Allah, all of us can return back to Allah, and some of us have to been trough a really difficult path, but Allah counts every single of it. The tougher the path the higher level of iman that person will get.

Life is nothing ...Allah redha is really something.
(Tears).

Oswald: Orange Thank you for loving me, my buddy. (Touched). I appreciate Allah for giving freedom and choices. Yes, life here is only temporary. I am really glad to be member of this group since last Friday.

In near future, I am ready for haji and go there as a woman. After return, I continue being a woman till my death.

Impian Oswald adalah ingin menunaikan haji, dan hidup sebagai muslimah, beliau akan berusaha untuk menukar kembali dokumentasi dirinya. Ya Allah, dia pulang kembali semata-mata kerana Allah. Indahnya perjuangan yang hanya Kerana Allah. Dan tiada siapa yang dapat menyangkal, jalannya bukanlah mudah. Beliau telah mula solat, dan katanya padaku, akan membeli telekung.

Definition of pre-op, post-op and full-op FTM:-
Pre-op: without SRS surgery. Continue male hormones replacement therapy (HRT)injection.
Post-op: SRS surgery: top and hysterectomy surgeries done. Continue male hormones replacement therapy (HRT)injection.
Full-op: SRS surgery: penile surgery methods of your choice – phalloplasty (long length) and metoidioplasty (short length with skin balls). Continue male hormones replacement therapy (HRT)injection.
